Georgie's school always makes a big deal out of Chinese New Year. G loves it, of course. We were lucky with the weather this year... it was a classically beautiful SoCal day. Most of the kids dressed in traditional Chinese clothing, songs were sung, there was a lion dance and, to top it all off, lots of yummy food! It was a nice day.
