Oh No!!! Not again!!!
The moment I showed Georgie this dress on Etsy, she was hooked :-) The chocolate bunny with its ears bitten off was hysterical to her. Cute girl.

Chick pix
How cute are these? Georgie was incredibly excited about getting to pet and hold actual baby chicks. She does love tiny creatures :-) The Botanical Garden at UCR provided a really nice backdrop for these photos of G taken by Winter of Winter's Wonderland Photography. There were so many good ones!!!
Here are a couple of G doing her crazy face she likes so much... GOOF!

Shrek!
Last year Bobby and I took G to see Shrek at the Pantages. It was a great show! It popped up again on the California Theater subscription I do with my mom. The bad news... Easter evening!!! Seriously??? I love the California Theater. Its really nice and always surprises me that such a place exists in San Bernardino which is, otherwise, such a pit. But this year is going to be our last. They dropped the Sunday evening performances and they are SO, SO, SO disorganized and unprofessional. I'm just done. Its such a bummer but, sadly, a necessary choice. Anyway, enough of my vent and on to the show...
So, after spending a lovely day in Palos Verdes with Bobby and G, I came home, grabbed a quick nap and headed back out to spend a lovely evening with my mom :-) We had a nice dinner at a Chinese restaurant near the theater. The show was great! So funny and very well done. Its one of those shows that seems to appeal equally to both kids and adults which is fantastic. My mom liked it too!
Nice evening with mom!

Easter day
Georgie arose early and was excited to get downstairs and make sure the bunny had shown... he had!!!
Georgie investigated her loot
haha!
After that we got ready and headed to Terranea in Palos Verdes. I guess its a Trump resort. It was a bit more of a drive than I initially thought it would be but ended up being totally worth it. Breakfast was tasty as can be but Georgie was most excited by the candy buffet!
No Easter day brunch would be complete without a visit from the bunny! Btw, I adored Georgie's dress. Its an upcycle made from old sheets and vintage hand-embroidered pillowcases. Fantastic!
There was an egg hunt where G collected a ton of eggs
A petting zoo! G loves small creatures so she was thrilled to get to pet the bunnies
After that we decided to check out the resort. Wow, gorgeous! I was a bit worried about the weather but it turned out to be a perfect day.
I never get tired of looking at Georgie's beautiful little face. Precious girl.
We took a walk along the coast. I love this picture. Georgie is so girlie holding her skirt out while she enjoys her jaunt. The highlight of the day was seeing a large pod of dolphins swimming close to shore!
It was a beautiful peaceful day.

Easter fun at school
Georgie had a fun little party at school. My girl loves an egg hunt!
The following day we met Mr E. Bunny himself at the local mall. They had lots of activities: a cute little croquet thing, hula hoops, a small craft, etc. Georgie loved it! I was most impressed by the balloon sculptures... cool, huh?

Easter pictures
Georgie loved this set by Lisa at Heavenly Things for Angels on Earth. I did too! The little ducky's with their umbrellas is perfect for the few April showers we've had recently. As soon as it went on she turned in to a posing, twirling, hip hip hoppity little fiend. I've posted a lot more here than I ususally do because all the pix were so cute I just bought the CD. So much easier than trying to choose just one or two from the group.
I think this one is my favorite!
No wait, I think its this one!
Or maybe this one????
